Train of Ours - Poem by Mwalimu LAKHPIN

Gosh! This train so superb
So still and lot of dreams
Many of which we all absorb
The state full of huge worries
A state to get in unwillingly.

To one corner a man wonders
The other cage women cry
Unaltered yells of all creatures
Getting tears that never dry
Broken hearts dying slowly.

Love is never got back
Faith kills than it heals
Trust hidden with no luck
Rude scenes and wrong wills
Fidelity is a sin, reality is silly.

Insane suns, wild winds
Dead moons to loners
Hope lost in frost moods
Gosh! This site ponders
With wheels pumped roughly.

A man and loneliness beloved
Chance and curse so betwixt
Life is a hole snakes’ reside
Denials to all, a broken heart
Rules and conducts set faintly.

World a stage a man to hover
Love is a myth without a source
Driven engage a differed dreamer
This unwanted puzzle missing a piece

That people get in unwillingly.
The site is an intelligent clean mad
A carnivore sheep of the midnight
Clayed eyes and legs made in mud
Looks splendid undoubtedly.

Dearest Land - Poem by Mwalimu LAKHPIN

Dearest Land! You’re a dream differed
An indefinite dream for unkeyed
You break too many hearts
Heal too many souls abruptly
Kill so many indeed loves
Thus incite a life of pretence.

You’re a money made lifestyle
A suitable dilapidate religion
A refuge to desperate buddies
That many believe you’re a curb
Yet you confuse fidelitous colleens
And deceive whoever you want.
But you’re a dam of opportunities.

Dearest Land! You’re a home without taboos
An essence of somewhat hopes
Where people move each night
Couples break back and forth
Relationships built over sights basis
Where everyone mind their own hassles.

Big players are the best prayers
Where worship is a vital business
Preaching, a sophisticated deal
With a new mean of divination
Yet it’s got a certain overnight
And God is only sought by troubled!
But you’re a land of many chances.

Dearest Land! You’re a Neverland we never plot
Thus many of us don’t mind you
But still can’t revert to birthplaces.
You’re a confusing glittering promise
Enormous attractants diverting youngsters
Where speaking a mother tongue is illiterate.

A place that changed many of us names
Where tramping is a tiresome sport
Many starve and won’t ever surrender
Such a place of modernity and technology
That even modernized feelings and foods
Bodies can be remade and looks recreated.
Yet you’re a centre of creativity.

Dearest Land! You’re online to the line
A social media cohesion value
Where people value their norms not
Taboos are considered for elderlies
We know westerns news than our homes’
While chanting the love of our motherland.

Me, Myself and I - Poem by Mwalimu LAKHPIN

Hey! I’m just me because it’s me
Of course, my me died longtime ago
To only become me
And will be me until you me me
Not only that I’m me, I’m just not you!

I only prove myself to just me
And there is no other me in the world
Than me, myself and I
Because I’m the only one me
And I am so because of me.

But I failed against me forever
Loving overgone beyond my ken
Surrendered my me to hers
Loved much to forget myself
Betrayed my me for an affection.

Now that I’m an awaken berk
My senses are back to myself
Expectant of nothing but solitude
Hurt than I could’ve suspected
Trying to heal but still a failure.

I sold my liberty for a hug
I betrayed my talents for a kiss
I forsook me in a love sentence
For a great hope that ruined me
With a death drown in promises.

I gained too much of nothing
Acquainted with a dearest misery
Thus solitude embraced me to realize
That I lost both me and myself,
Happiness, mind, dreams, everything.

I died and I truly know I’m dead
To the extent that my inner self
Wish we could’ve died all the years back
Because it aches knowing every day
That you won’t be none to ones you cherish.

Those unspoken truths flowing inside
That sorrow that nobody thinks of
Such shame life has ever brought
The empathy of a broken heart
That pushes impossible tears.

Just myself and I to this extent
Understand the pain of unmet memories
The lullabies that we never heard
Me, Myself and I, indeed buddies to exist
Shrewd of trusts and self-abnegation.

It’s myself and I having read the worlds
Crying to amuse, silencing to conquer
A so deceiving life of colleens
Just to embrace a cage of poetics
That ever heals and never rehearse.

With an immense roll of self-intent,
Me, myself and I, lone undeceiving triplets;
We never tell until we tell
To convince our friend Solitude
Who is aye an everlasting haven.

Me, Myself and I know the hell out here:
Just me, myself and I love each other
For an allure of our inner motives
Of unaltered dreams that long
Dwelling in our triumphal serenity.

Inzozi Nshenzi - Poem by Mwalimu LAKHPIN

Ndwaye indwara ntazi
Iransereza bahungu
Ndeba hirya hino
Ari ibikezikezi
Ibyuya umubiri wose.

Umutima udiha utitsa
Umuriro mwinshi notsa
Mu nda byadogeye
Amaso mpumbyahumbya
Mfite akamwenyu kenshi.

Nshatse kubaza mama
Nsanga sinamuzi
Ngiye kubaza data
Nsanga sinzi iyo ari
Intege zicika numva.

Nuko ngira amahirwe
Nsanga uvunyira data
Mubaza mu izo mpumu
Nsanga nta byo anazi
Ampinda ntavuze byose.

Ngenda nta gushinga
Ntaye ubwenge buzeze
Negama ku gatuti
Ngo data abaye ahaje
Arampa inama ntuze.

Negekwa n’agahinda
Ibiti bihuha numva
Amajeri angusha neza
Mpondobera nyumva
Agatotsi kaza ndi aho.

Uko nakabaye mu ayo
Ndota ndi mu gashyamba
Nkarora umwezi unsanga
Unsanganiza akanyange
Kaza kavuna sambwe.

Kaza kagana aho ndi
Kizihije akamwenyu
Nuko ndasabayangwa
Nara amaboko yanjye
Kicoka mu gihumbi.

Ntuza numva ubwema
Nitsa imitima cyane
Nti : “Ese wahoze hehe
Ko nari nagushatse
Irungu ryanzubaje?”

Nuko uko nagahweye
Kansunika gakeya
Kubura indoro irembya
Nange ndora ndahumbya
Ntibuka ibyo nareba.

Nsonzera kumva ijambo
Kansubiza ngo ntuze,
Kitsa umutima numva
Kubika utwo ducanyi
Kansubira igituza.

Nogoga ibyo byano
Mu ijuru ryacu twembi
Numva nzahatura
Twemeranya iyo ngingo
Itoto ryadutashye.

Ndyoherwa uwo munyenga
Data we uko yakaje
Mu ijwi rihashya abana
Ampindira kujya mu nzu
Nshutsa ijuru ubwo ngubwo.

Nsanga burya ntarwaye
Ari Umuhoza wanzonze
Ntikiye ubwiza atunze
Ntinya kubimubwira
Kugeza anshitse ndeba.

Twiga buri gitondo
Icyoba ari igitero
Nkabura n’uwo mbwira
Wamubwira ibyange
Ubwige bunsereje.

Ndibaza ndibwira
Nenda ibaruwa yanjye
Mwandikira akajambo
Nubuntsikiye ak’iwe
Nshaje nta ko mbonye.

Sinzi amahero y’iwe
Niba yarakabonye
Cyangwa wenda ananzi
Ni inzozi nshenzi sinzi
Icyampa nkanamureba.
