How To Be Happy In Life?


It is not uncommon that everyone on this planet seeks happiness through his/her ups and downs, though many people died without a small taste. This is what everyone wakes up every day searching. Many people say that it is not that simple to be happy and so many believe it might not be possible to get happy. There is a small number of people who believe that happiness is something possible to get. In many ways of life, the majority wins even when the facts do not demonstrate the truth in what the majority has agreed on. But it obviously not true to assume that the majority is truthful all the time.
Back to “happiness” issue, everybody’s experience may define it the other way from another. But the truth will remain on even though people would never want or try to think about it. According to Wikipedia, Happiness is a mental or emotional state of well-being defined by positive or pleasant emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy.
  1. The one way people seek their happiness differs from what I am going to talk about in this article. Don’t fear for tomorrow: the fear of the tomorrow’s life is a big problem to everyone in this world but we don’t exactly see the impact of that fear onto our lives. Tomorrow, if you were able to make it the way you want, you should have done it. So, because it comes the way it wants and no one ever changed it, the solution is to live your today better and make sure you maximize it. But remember to never do any harm towards yourself. 
  2. Follow your passion. Following your passion is not proving people wrong but doing what you love/enjoy doing. “It is our birth-right to be happy”, Gil Alon. Keep in mind that I you choose to follow your passion. You will face different sides against you but all you need to do is just keep going. You will never need whether people like it or not but mind if it gets you happy. This is the thing you mostly care about, the one that fills your heart safety in harmony and enjoyments.
  3.  Don’t ever work for applauds and try to be the original “you” in anything you love or try to do. You will be sad if you think people will like you and at the very end don’t. So please do the best you can only following what your heart tells you is 100% not harmful to it, whether today or after today.
  4. Elude anything that might be a ban on your feelings and emotions or that might whisper that you are unable.
  5. Be cooperative as much as it takes with anybody and never set you up with so many principles on your life unless they are intending to provide a peaceful attitude towards the community.
  6.  Take love as one of the many things that may bring you happiness, but it might not be the only one for you.
  7. Take much introspection as long as you move on.
  8. Rely only on you in every kind of act. This does not tell you to forget others’ help but you will never think of it till when it comes will be an added surprise. This will help you to keep the mood of happiness. 
  9. Self-principle: Setting your own principles is not bad at all. It is setting the Does and Don’ts to follow by yourself. It doesn’t matter if people do not see them like “you”. Of course they won’t because you have got to be the original “you” not them; and they have theirs. So be yourself in everything and never try to learn another “you” ‘cause “you” already exists-all you need to find out “you”.
  10. Don’t stuck on the right for people around you but the best in them and righteous in your heart and by your concern.
    Say a big 100% No to the things you refuse and be on it, and say a big 100@ Yes to the thing you accept and think are true. Never be in between because you can be confusing and make sure you won’t regret whatever position you take.                      
  11. Avoid taking responsibilities over your ken and know it – when it happens you didn’t know so and it finally set you up, never blame yourself on how you got in there, just don’t complain, accept it like that and rejoice for that life experience.                     
  12. Avoid much expectations because this may result to never happen and you begin feeling depressed.       
  13. Pray to God every day, tell him each and everything about you. But my advice is conditional: Don’t expect tangible things from God other than peace of mind and being relieved. This will not only create the spirit of hard working but again freedom and a safe heart.
