GoPub envisages to showcasing and promoting experimental and progressive creative art, which reflects pre-modern or modern society, provokes conversation; fosters innovation and diversity of mediums which make today’s art scene versatile.
ELIGIBILITY: Artists are welcome to submit works in 5 mediums: Poetry, Music, Handcraft, Innovation and Visual Art.
Artists or any art organizations on behalf of artists from all countries are welcome to submit their works for consideration.
COST: 500 RWF non-refundable submission fee and 18,000 RWF per year for a shortlisted submission.
SELECTION OF WORKS
For every enrolment, 10 artists will be selected to be published via Lakhtrem website, social handles, newsletter, partners publications and mentions.
NOTIFICATION OF RESULTS:
Results will be posted via social media (Instagram and Facebook: @lakhtrem). All artists who provide a working email address will be notified via email.
We cannot provide all submitted artists with constructive critique on why their work wasn’t selected as this is something that is beyond our physical working capacity and is a complex process in itself which requires very careful attention and time spent on constructing a specialised opinion.
